程海林，男，1949年生，江苏灌南人。国家高级书法师，中国国宾礼艺术家，国际金牌艺术家，中国当代文化艺术代言人，亚洲书画家协会副主席，中国东方文化研究会高级艺术顾问，中华英才联盟理事会副理事长，中国军转民杂志社文化艺术编辑委副会长，北京京华阁书画院常务副院长等。被授予功勋艺术家，特别推荐艺术家，中国当代文化艺术代言人，国际影响力非遗传承人，北京冬奥会艺术大使，国礼艺术家形象大使等光荣称号。

传承张旭书法艺术，发扬毛体大气磅礴气势，博采王羲之等名家之长，借鉴诗词音体美等创作方法，加上个人情感，创作特色诗意草书，形象生动地展现诗意，使文字产生动态感，音乐节奏感等各种美感。写新诗，造新字，歌颂伟大新时代，传播人间真善美，促进社会和谐及世界和平。

2011至2015年先后三次获得中书协和中美协金奖及文联重阳金奖，2024年获中国关心下一代工作委金奖，中俄友谊金奖，莫奈国际艺术金奖，毕加索金奖，2025年获达芬奇国际艺术金奖，中国互联网中国书画非遗功勋奖，中国书画白玉兰奖，中国艺术文化交流伟大贡献奖，国际金牌艺术家，世界艺术终身成就奖等。作品入选中国网、央视、环球，书法报、人民美术报、天津人美、苏富比画报、中国国际新闻，盛世收藏，鉴藏大红袍，鉴藏中国近现代书画名家精品集等书刊。制作国礼黄金书、国礼水晶画册，国礼风起东方丝绸画册、国礼茅台特供酒包装，北京奥运会景德镇高端瓷板礼品，景德镇高端瓷器书画藏品等。中国书法网等专家组高度评价，欧阳中石老师亲题“行行细雨，字字情真”。应邀分别与欧阳中石、沈鹏、权希军、孙晓云等老师合集出书，建党百年个人出书红旗颂专集等。2014年文化部授予“书画艺术泰斗”光荣称号。被百家权威媒体评为新时代德艺双馨艺术家。2019年，中国中外名人文化研究会评为优秀文化工作者，锦旗赠言“妙笔丹青书春秋，德艺双馨传万世。”授予首批中国文化名人工作室铜牌，权希军老师亲为题字。2020年，全媒体记录当代艺术名家，权威精准解读艺术大师成功之路重要活动获得一代名家荣誉称号，沈鹏老师亲为题词。2021年美丽中国授予功勋艺术家奖章。原文化部副部长、北京故宫博物院首任院长潘震宙，北京故宫博物院书画组长、中国书画收藏家协会鉴定专家潘深亮，北京故宫博物院主任单国强，中国历史博物馆文物组长吕长生，原国家市场监管局司长李德伟等老师给予高度评价。2022年10月cctv中学生频道美育世界3次播放当代书画名家特邀专访电视节目，播岀效果非常好。2023年4月，中华英才刊社、故宫博物院、北京大学、中书协等专家领导在学术研讨会高度评价，学术报告称当代“程派草书”正大气象，开创草书经世致用新局面。作品在国内外参展深受好评，被文化部，国家博物馆，国家课本博物馆，周总理纪念馆筹建委，香港各界文促会，中俄友谊艺术馆等多家收藏。
